How to minimize all windows in Gnome 3

Thanks God it's possible to assign a shortcut to minimize all open application windows in Gnome 3.

Here is how:

System Settings ->  Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Navigation.
Find "Hide all normal windows" and assign a key to minimize all the windows.
